UR GLOBAL MÉXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V, domiciled in Avenida Paseo de la Reforma 107-601, Colonia Tabacalera, P.C. 06030, Delegación Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City, (shall hereinafter be called “URG”) whereby is established the legitimate, controlled and informed processing of personal data, that is critically important to achieve the corporate targets through all areas of business and to reaffirm our commitment to privacy and your right to informational self-determination.

This Privacy Statement's proposal intends to inform you about the processing of your personal data when it is collected, stored and/or transferred by URG, which is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Individuals (hereinafter be called “Law”).

Personal Data or personal information
Some of the personal data and/or sensitive personal data (Sensitive personal data is such data that affects the most intimate sphere of the holder or which misuse can result in discrimination or carries a serious risk to the holder. Is deemed as sensitive the data which may reveal aspects such as: the racial or ethnic origin, health condition, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, membership in trade unions, political opinions, sexual preference), that you provide us, for instance: by register voluntarily in any of our programs and/or in our job center. Identification information such as: name, address, telephone number, email address, CURP, date of birth, age, nationality, image, photograph, country of residence, social security number, preferred contact method.

  • Labour information such as: Job title, labour address, email address, office telephone number and fax, company agreement, employer’s name.
  • Educational information such as: Educational career, university degree, professional license number, specialization, types of practice, training certificates.
  • Bank and invoice information such as: account number, CLABE, RFC, invoice information.

Purposes and/or uses of personal data
Your personal data and/or sensitive personal data may be used for different purposes, depending on the particular case in which that has been provided or obtained, always in conformity with this Privacy Statement or the Privacy Statement that, at the time, shall be available.

Your personal data and/or sensitive personal data may be process only to fulfil the following needed purposes:

If you visit our facilities for:

  • access control,
  • keeping the confidentiality of the information property of URG, as well as the security within our facilities.

If you are candidate or possible candidate to any of our vacancies for:

  • fulfilling the obligations associated with a present or future legal relationship,
  • enforcing and/or executing a contract,
  • fulfilling other legal obligations,
  • statistical purposes,
  • completing the respective employment file that is opened due to a published vacancy, you may fill.

If you decide to contact us to submit your curriculum vitae your data shall be used for:

  • contacting you in case your profile is of interest to URG and to participate for a vacancy
  • occasionally for carrying out recruitment evaluations

Your personal data shall be process solely for the time necessary in order to achieve the purposes indicated in the Privacy Statement that is available.

If you are a provider for:

  • register you as a provider, drawing up the necessary legal instruments to underpin the present or future relationship with you, making payments, carrying out the invoice process.

Likewise, your personal data and/or sensitive personal data could be process for certain secondary and voluntary purposes, for which prior consent will be requested.

If you are a customer for:

  • Issuing the invoice of the contracted services, and in which, URG is provided,
  • Register you as a customer, elaborating the respective commercial record, and where necessary, maintaining active the information for invoice purposes.

Another non-personal data that is gathered in our websites
We receive and store certain data when you interact on our websites, for instance: technical information such as your internet protocol address, your operating system and your browser type, the address of a referring website and the path that you made on your click-stream on our websites. This data is collected to allow websites to work correctly, to evaluate the use of the websites and to display information that may be of your interest.

Likewise, “cookies” can be used, to provide you a better navigation experience when you interact or return to our websites. Our websites may contain, for your convenience, links to external websites that do not belong to URG. URG has not reviewed those websites’ privacy policies or privacy statements, so does not guarantee nor holds responsibility neither for those links’ content nor the treatment of the personal data that they carry out. We urge you to carefully read the Privacy Policy and Privacy Statements of each website that can be link from our website.

Security Measures
URG maintains the technical, administrative and physical security measures, necessary in order to protect personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or the unauthorized use, access or treatment.

Transfers of personal data
URG only shall transfer your personal data to a third party, national or foreign, which is legally or commercially link to URG to comply with the purposes described in the Privacy Statement or Statements available. Likewise, URG may transfer your personal data in the cases foreseen and authorized by the Law.

Rights of the data subject
The data subject, that is to say, the natural person to whom the personal data and/or sensitive personal data relates, may exercise their rights to access, rectify, cancel and oppose (“ARCO” rights) with respect to their personal data. Likewise, that holder may limit the use or disclosure of their personal data and to revoke the consent they may have granted for the processing of their personal data, as well as the treatment is not a necessary treatment or that results of a juridical relationship. This is in accordance with the forth chapter of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Individuals.

The exercise of the rights envisaged in the Law may be carry out through the submission of your request, on the terms established by the Law and its Regulation.

The ARCO rights consist of:

  • Access.- to be informed about which of your personal data is held in the URG’s databases, what they are used for, the origin of such data and the communications that have been done with it and, in general, the conditions and overview of the processing.
    The access obligation shall be deemed to be fulfilled if: i) the data is made available of the data subject or well, ii) through the issuance of mere copies, magnetic, optical, audible, visual, holographic, electronic documents or any other means or technology considered adequate.
  • Rectify.- to update or correct personal data in case it is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Cancellation.- to remove your personal data, partial or completely, from the URG’s database. This request may lead a blocked period whereupon shall proceed the data delete.
  • Oppose.- to object for legitimate cause to the processing of your personal data by URG.

Changes to the Privacy Statement
URG reserves the right to amend or modify this Privacy Statement or another one that has been made available, in its sole discretion, for instance, to comply with legislation changes or with URG’s internal dispositions. URG shall make available the updated Privacy Statements on the website www.urglobal.com or it will send you a communication to the e-mail address that you gave us.
